OUT-OF-SCHOOL HORSEBACK RIDING during the school year

for 5 to 14-year-olds

During our years working with horses we have observed a very special relation between these animals and most children. Child and horse are attracted to each other... horses convey a sense of calm satisfaction, strength and nobility, while children transmit sincere admiration and affection in return.

ACTIVITY

Riding lessons are conducted in groups, as well as initiation to jumping and riding without a saddle (according to the child's abilities, no more than two or three children in the ring simultaneously). On rainy days we will use the time to learn about the world of horses by performing other tasks and activities (brushing and feeding them, cleaning the stables, applying grease to riding saddles, dressing up the horses when necessary, and learning about their anatomy, illnesses ... and so on). Many parents may be surprised to learn what hard workers their children really are when it comes to taking care of horses!! This helps them feel useful and responsible, an aid during the process of growing up. 

PRICES 2011-2012

44 Euros/month for 1 day a week (registration fee 30E per child, only the 1st year).

TIME SCHEDULE

MONDAY to THURSDAY from 5 to 7 pm (riding starts at 5:30 pm)
