Training cycles (middle and upper grades), high school
Finding a first job is not an easy task, even more so in these difficult times. Your job of providing technical training is very important, but at this point we believe it is also basic to train these young people in the field of emotional intelligence.
Teamwork, positive communication and emotional self control are basic resources that allow to work successfully, sometimes even more important than technical training.
We know that sometimes these young people have a lack of these type of things, often portraying a low self esteem that may lead to lack of motivation, excitement or enthusiasm at work.
For years we have been working on the introduction of emotional education with the primary schools that visit us, with the aim of providing them with more resources when they reach their teenage years.
Last year, one school (Centro López Vicuña) decided to take advantage of our facilities and emotional intelligence training to organize a two-day outing with us at the beginning of the school year, with activities designed to improve self-esteem, team work, positive communication and emotional self-regulation.
The truth is that the results were so positive that not only are they returning this month of October, but also 3 other schools have decided to apply the same approach.
Thus the birth of this new program which is both innovative and specifically addressed to teenagers.

EXAMPLE OF THE PROGRAM
10.30am arrival and breakfast (brought from home). PRESENTATION. INTRODUCTION, what is emotional intelligence?. INITIAL DYNAMICS, emotional awareness.
12.30am lodging in rooms
2.00pm free time
3.30pm EMOTIONAL WORKSHOP WITH A HORSE, for working on aspects that have to do with personal improvement and mutual trust in relation to others. Pupils will help each other to overcome different challenges, as well as reflect on their own lifestyle and on how they react when they are afraid.
4.30pm THE CONFIDENCE ROUTE, for training centred on the idea of mutual trust. A walk through the forest or along a circuit, where pupils will have to help their companions and win their trust.
5.30pm coffee break
6.00pm THE PASSAGE OF COMMUNICATION, where we work on the concepts of self-esteem and group cohesion. A circuit which the pupils will have to complete while learning to communicate with others in a positive way.
7.00pm free time
9.00pm NIGHT TREKKING, for working on group cohesion and emotional awareness. CONCLUSIONS

10,00am FAREWELL GYMKHANA, for training in team work, creativity and personal improvement. Orientation test where pupils will have to overcome different challenges: practicing archery, creativity trials, obstacle races, emotional games, trials related to the training cycle.
2.00pm A FOREST FULL OF GOOD VIBRATIONS, for working on self-esteem and group cohesion, a farewell workshop so the pupils will leave with a full charge of positive energy.

WE ADAPT TO YOUR NEEDS:
We can also design programs adapted to your particular needs, with workshops for dealing with specific objectives, as well as subjects related to your training cycle.
For example: for training cycles in hairdressing and makeup, our proposal is to set the stage around the subject of Halloween, in order to motivate the children's creativity (they will have to dress and make up, for example)
