OUR STAFF 

Our staff is probably the best of our resources. All members of "La Granja", the maintenance and cleaning teams, camp leaders and office staff, all have strong values, great enthusiasm and a very professional attitude: they all take their work very seriously and with admirable dedication.

A team with a vocation, who work to improve the education of every child and try to make their stay with us as much fun and full of surprising adventures as possible, also emphasizing the importance of individual personal development and the improvement of relations with fellow classmates.

Our aim is to make all children feel special and try to discover the exceptional talent that lies within each of them. Maybe we are a little too ambitious, but at least we have to try!

The generosity displayed by our team day by day fills us with pride and sincere gratitude.

The CAMP LEADERS in "La Granja" are professionals adequately trained to fit the requirements of our programs and activities (biologists, environmentalists, professors, educators, psychologists, veterinarians for activities with farm animals, etc..).

Continual training in Emotional Education offered by "La Granja" (coaching, neuro linguistic programming, positive psychology, etc..) is an aid for them to achieve the objectives proposed.
